What you’ll deliver with us

In this newly created role, as our Audience Specialist, you’ll build and activate customer audiences to ensure the right messages reach the right people at the right time. You’ll create scalable, reusable audience building blocks by bringing together data from across our systems, and partner with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and Data teams to activate audiences across digital channels and monitor their ongoing health. This will enable a consistent, effective customer communications across the business.

You’ll also   

  • Develop detailed audience segments and underlying building blocks, leveraging customer data, behaviour data, demographics, and preferences.
  • Use marketing platforms (including Salesforce Data Cloud) to create and activate audiences for campaigns.
  • Track and report on audience health and usage, providing insights on growth and how audiences are used across the business.

About you  

You have a strong understanding of data models and audience frameworks, with the ability to translate business needs into effective segmentation designs. Comfortable working across teams, you thrive in an enablement and influencing role, partnering with stakeholders, guiding best practice, and helping the business maximise the value of its data and audiences.

You’ll also need   

  • 2+ years’ experience in audience segmentation, targeting, or CRM execution roles. Proficiency with logic-based audience creation and understanding of customer attributes, behaviours, and preferences.
  • Hands-on experience working in large customer datasets in CRM, CDP, or marketing platforms, ideally across Salesforce, Adobe, and Google ecosystems.
  • Understanding of marketing technology and customer engagement platforms, including best practice to enable effective build and optimisation of customer engagement activities, especially leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
