BI Developer / Power BI Analyst (Operational & Migration Reporting) – Mid Level

We're hiring BI resources to build and support Power BI reporting across operational and migration-related work. The focus is on building dashboards, maintaining reporting, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver clear, usable insights.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
- Write SQL queries to extract and shape data for reporting
- Create and maintain DAX measures and basic data models
- Gather requirements, validate outputs with stakeholders, and iterate quickly
- Maintain report quality, consistency, and usability
Required
- Power BI (dashboards, DAX, Power Query fundamentals)
- SQL / SQL Server querying experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Nice to Have
- Any migration / transformation reporting exposure
- Financial services experience
- Data modelling / performance tuning experience
