This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of security domains, partnering with technology and business teams to protect critical systems, data, and customers.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting security risk assessments, threat modelling, and control reviews
  • Supporting the design and implementation of security architectures and controls
  • Ensuring compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Collaborating with engineering, architecture, risk, and compliance teams
  • Contributing to incident response, security uplift initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
  • Producing clear security documentation, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a Cyber Security Consultant, Security Analyst, or similar role
  • Broad knowledge across cyber domains such as application security, cloud security, identity and access management, network security, and security operations
  • Experience working within complex, regulated environments (financial services experience highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, ASD Essential Eight)
  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC) are desirable but not essential
