Are you a Cyber Security Project Manager who thrives in complex, high-visibility environments?

We're seeking a delivery-focused leader to drive a suite of critical security uplift projects already in motion—ensuring full compliance with evolving government legislation across data protection and operational technology.

In this role, you will take ownership of key initiatives focused on:

• Strengthening Personal Data management and Privacy Information Management (PIM)
• Uplifting Operational Technology (OT) Asset Security
• Enhancing organisation-wide Detect and Protect cyber capabilities

You'll work across Cyber Security, Data Governance, Compliance, OT, and broader technology teams to ensure the organisation meets stringent security and legislative obligations. This is a hands-on delivery role where clarity, structure, and proactive stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating a portfolio of in-flight security uplift projects
• Ensuring delivery aligns with mandated government legislation and internal governance standards
• Managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Partnering with legal, compliance, cyber, and OT teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Reporting on progress, milestones, financials, and risks to senior stakeholders
• Engaging internal teams and external vendors to maintain momentum and resolve barriers to delivery

Experience

• Strong track record delivering complex security, privacy, or regulatory projects
• Solid understanding of data protection, privacy legislation, and security controls
• Experience working in environments involving both IT and OT stakeholders (highly beneficial)
• Excellent communication, risk management, and stakeholder-engagement skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, drive clarity, and deliver outcomes at pace

Desirable

• Background in Utilities, Energy, or Critical Infrastructure
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or similar
