About People and Culture & HR Systems

The People & Culture Division is one of seven directorates reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. HR Shared Services forms part of the P&C Directorate and incorporates HR Solutions, Payroll, HR Systems & Austin Advantage Salary Packaging, providing a comprehensive range of people services to Austin Health.

The functions of the HR Systems Team are to support the Management of Human Resource Information Systems including the staff portal; SuccessFactors, UKG Workforce Management system solution and in-house data warehouse environment, systems integration, organisational wide reporting suite and employee recruitment and variation system.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior UKG Systems Analyst to lead the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of its UKG Pro Workforce Management system, driving system excellence within a dynamic healthcare environment.

As the UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, legislative compliance, and seamless integration across HR and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure UKG Pro WFM modules (timekeeping, scheduling, attendance)
  • Implement and maintain complex pay rules, accruals, and work schedules
  • Lead system upgrades and new feature rollouts
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end users
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies
  • Collaborate across teams to improve processes and data integrity
  • Generate reports and analyse workforce data to inform decision-making
  • Maintain system interfaces and streamline manual processes

About You

  • Proven experience in UKG Pro WFM full-cycle implementations
  • Advanced scheduling and configuration expertise
  • Strong understanding of payroll integrations and enterprise agreements
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
