Join us as an IAM Strategic Change and Control Onboarding Manager and play a critical role in delivering our Cyber Security Strategy. Partnering with Product Managers, this is a leadership role responsible for executing enterprise-wide identity and access management uplift, reducing cyber risk and ensuring compliance across a highly regulated financial environment.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), or Naarm (Melbourne).

What You'll Do

  • Execute the IAM strategic roadmap, aligning with organisational risk and compliance (including APRA) objectives
  • Lead large-scale IAM projects across complex environments, including Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, to deliver project outcomes
  • Influence senior stakeholders and foster collaboration across multiple business units
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, embedding modern delivery practices and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive IAM expertise, across identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged access management
  • Proven experience leading significant IAM projects/Technology teams in large financial institutions or highly regulated environments
  • Strong program and project management capability, including budgeting, forecasting, and executive stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with agile delivery and modern engineering practices
  • Advanced negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills
  • A track record of delivering programs impacting 10,000+ users or budgets exceeding $10M
