As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will bring the energy, leadership, and delivery discipline needed to transform a team ready for change. You'll introduce clear delivery methodologies, coach the team toward higher performance, and set the rhythm that drives consistency, accountability, and momentum.

You'll be responsible for maintaining operational stability while driving large-scale transformation initiatives that align with IAG's strategic priorities. This role requires a leader who thrives in environments where uplift is needed — someone who can inspire teams, set a clear vision, and embed modern delivery methods that enable stable, scalable and secure platforms aligned to IAG's strategic priorities.

What You'll Do

• Lead with high energy, clarity, and confidence to uplift a team on a growth journey, setting expectations, building capability, and driving accountability
• Introduce and embed strong delivery methodologies that create consistency, transparency, and predictable outcomes
• Build a culture of delivery excellence, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and outcome-focused ways of working
• Strengthen platform stability while preparing the environment for future scalability and transformation
• Enable secure, reliable, and agile digital experiences for customers, colleagues, and partners
• Oversee demand, capacity, and governance practices, ensuring work is delivered against strategic priorities and service commitments
• Cultivate trusted stakeholder relationships and contribute thought leadership to uplift technology strategy across the organisation
• Act as a thought leader, contributing to technology delivery strategy and shaping how we uplift delivery capability across the wider organisation

What You'll Bring

• High-energy leadership presence with the ability to inspire, challenge, coach, and transform teams that need direction and uplift
• Deep experience in delivery methodologies, able to both define and embed frameworks that drive consistent, high-quality technical delivery
• Proven capability in building operational stability, strengthening engineering practices, and enabling secure, scalable platforms
• Strong influencing and relationship skills, able to partner across programs, platforms, architecture, and product to drive alignment
• A mindset for uplift, transformation, and modernisation, with the confidence to reset expectations, introduce better ways of working, and hold delivery to a high standard
• Experience in complex technical environments, ideally including uplift of delivery capability, agile transformation, or large-scale technology programs
